Shipping Info: We ship the items via courier service once a week, as our schedule allows it . The band would like to ask for your consideration as sometimes our day jobs get in the way . But rest assured, we will respond to your emails and special requests .
Return Policy: For purchased physical albums, specially since they are all limited editions, we only accept exchanges for damaged items . We will refund album purchase only in the case if/when the albums have ran out and we can't replace it .

For merchandise items, we will accept returns and exchanges on a case to case basis, factoring in condition of item, etc.
